Seller rules

These rules apply to every shop and product on store.aipatnam.com, operated by CIPHERSWIFT SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. They are part of our Terms of Service.

1. Sell only genuine products you are allowed to sell

• No counterfeit goods: no “replica”, “first copy”, “master copy”, “dupe” or look-alike products using another brand’s name or logo.
• No digital products you don’t own the rights to (pirated books, courses or templates).
• Nothing illegal in India: weapons, drugs, wildlife products, adult content, medicines, or anything else prohibited by law.

2. Be honest with buyers

• Use your own, real photos and describe fabric, colour and size accurately.
• Show the real price. Tell buyers any shipping or COD charges in chat before they pay.
• No fake urgency, fake discounts or fake reviews.
• Keep your shop’s name, city and contact details accurate, and state your delivery and return terms.

3. Orders happen between you and the buyer

Instagram shops are a catalog. Orders, payment, delivery, returns and any taxes are agreed directly between seller and buyer in chat; aipatnam is not a party to the sale and does not collect payments. Sellers are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to their business.

4. Reports and take-down

Anyone can report a shop or product with the “Report” link on its page. We review reports within 7 days, and act at once on court or government orders. We may hide a product or a whole shop that breaks these rules, and suspend sellers who break them repeatedly. We keep a record of what was removed and why.
